You Will Be Responsible For:
Establish goals and priorities for my team and direct the efforts of staff toward accomplishment of objectives.
Recognize and act on growth opportunities to advance the hospitalâ™s mission and vision.

Proactively monitor key performance indicators and make appropriate adjustments to processes.
Plan, implement and evaluate schedules in accordance with patient needs.

What You Will Need:
Bachelorâ™s Degree from an accredited school of nursing
At least 1 year of Operating Room Position-Related Experience
Kansas Registered Nurse License
BCLS obtained through the American Heart Association
