Position will assist USPI, Chief Compliance Officer and other USPI Compliance Officers with management and execution of key compliance oversight activities. The USPI Compliance Associate will be responsible for the following under the direction of the USPI Chief Compliance Officer:
Managing the Referral Source Testing Program at USPI including updates of audit results to facility leadership.
Participation in auditing and monitoring activities, such as physician medical director audits, referral source audits (data gathering/sampling) and facility space walk-throughs.
Conducting preliminary fact gathering and assessment of reported issues and contemporaneous documentation of such efforts.
Assisting in the implementation of corrective action plans resulting from investigations or audits including any other identified issues.
Assisting with reports to Compliance Committee.
Assisting with preparation and oversight of USPI compliance education and training initiatives.
Assistance with conducting compliance risk assessments.
Develop compliance dashboards, data analytic spreadsheets.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelorâ��s Degree or equivalent required.
3 â�� 5 years of health care industry or equivalent experience required, preferably in Ambulatory Surgery Center space.
Self-starter initiative and positive attitude required.
