The Ambulatory Division of the Department of Cardiology at Boston Children’s Hospital invites outstanding candidates to apply for a faculty position as Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Harvard Medical School.
We are seeking applicants with interest and experience in the practice of general pediatric cardiology. The Department has an express interest in expanding the diversity of our faculty. The successful candidate will have potential or demonstrated ability to lead ambulatory clinical, educational, quality improvement or research initiatives in a high volume, high complexity academic pediatric and congenital ambulatory cardiology practice. Clinicians with an interest in education, outcomes research, quality initiatives, e-health and other topics related to pediatric and congenital cardiology in the ambulatory setting are encouraged to apply. Candidate philosophy should align with the Department’s focus on delivering the highest quality care informed by cutting edge research and focused on optimizing patient outcomes and patient care.
Successful candidates will be offered a competitive start-up package, with potential roles participating in research, teaching, consults, inpatient service and other activities of the Department to be determined based on departmental need and candidate interest. Suitable candidates will be board certified/board eligible and be trained in pediatric cardiology.
