Inland Valley Medical Center
This campus of Southwest Healthcare System, a 122-bed acute care hospital, is the only hospital in the region to offer Level II Trauma Services and is a nationally recognized center for weight-loss surgery. The Total Joint Center at Inland Valley was awarded advanced certification from the Joint Commission for hip and knee surgery, with Spine Services certified by The Joint Commission, and is an Advanced Certified Primary Stroke Center.
Rancho Springs Medical Center
This campus of Southwest Healthcare System, a 120-bed acute care hospital, features the largest Family Birth Center in the region which includes Rady Children's Level III NICU (Recently ranked #4 in the nation for neonatology by US News and World Report). The only hospital in the region to offer pediatric ER Services from Rady Children's, is an Advanced Certified Primary Stroke Center, and features the da Vinci(r) Robotic Xi Surgical System and a new diagnostic Cath Lab.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
O Effective written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
O Basic nursing care terminology and functions.
O Telephone skills.
O Ability to accurately collect and record patient data as directed.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
O Six (6) months CNA experience preferred SNF or Acute facility.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
O Completion of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program.
REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
O Current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
O BLS Certification.
O Ability to work in high volume, fluctuating census environment.
O Subject to many interruptions.
O Subject to irregular hours.
O Ability to work in fast paced environment where noise levels fluctuate.
O Subject to a variety of odors.
