Mercy in Springfield, Missouri is recruiting additional Otolaryngologists to join our well-established and thriving practice. Fellowship trained or general ENT experience will be considered, and we can accommodate a wide variety of interests. The practice currently offers complete Otolaryngology care for both common and complex conditions from newborns to adults. Our team includes general and fellowship trained ENT surgeons covering all aspects of care including ENT Allergy/Rhinology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Head and Neck and Microvascular Surgery, Otology/Neurotology, and all general ENT.
Practice the area of Otolaryngology you desire - high demand and volumes, established group with fellowship trained partners - strong need for both general adult and pediatric ENT
Over 200 locally employed primary care providers - endless referrals
Wide variety of interests and sub-specialties can be supported
ENT Clinical team includes: seven ENT Physicians, six Advanced Practice Clinicians and five Audiologists
Complete audiology care, speech, and therapy available on-site
12-bed PICU, 44-bed NICU, 11-bed pediatric ER units for candidates interested in pediatrics
Efficient ambulatory surgery center & clinic office suite on main hospital campus
Ample block time in the ORs, surgery center, in-office procedures
In-office ENT allergy testing/treatment
Large catchment area > 1.5 million lives
System-wide integrated EPIC EMR system
Strong compensation plan with realistic earnings in 75-90% dependent on desired level of wRVU production
$500,000 starting salary
$100,000 signing bonus/stipend available plus paid relocation
Additional compensation for facial trauma call available
