* Easy, flexible scheduling with ability to adapt schedule to accomodate cases
* Dedicated, daily GI staff and diverse specialty of physicians to help accommodate complex patients and manage medical issues. 
* Group of 3 Physicians - call is 1:4 weekends
* Heavy scoping opportunity: Currently 3 days of scopes and 1.5 days of clinic with a well-tenured GI Physician Assistant in clinic
